Zonny’s Skin Care Studio – Policies
Welcome to Zonny’s Skincare Studio, we strive to provide a relaxing experience for all our clients, the following policies are intended to enhance your experience with us.
Reservation Policy
- A credit card is required to reserve all appointments
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to studio treatments
- Services begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest
- We aim to confirm all appointments 48 hours before a scheduled treatment, but you are encouraged to call us should you have any questions/concerns prior to arrival
- Before booking an appointment, please keep in mind that anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent to receive any of our services
Waxing Policy
- Waxing is recommended for every 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, your service price may change.
Tardiness Policy
- We understand that sometimes being late may be inevitable, however, we may see ourselves forced to shorten treatment time and charge full-price session
Cancellation Policy
- In the event that you have to cancel, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for all appointments. Same-day cancellation will result in 50% of the service charged.
- A no-show will result in a 100% of the service charged
Refund Policy
- All service sales and gift certificate sales are final
- Retail items will only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase
Special Conditions Policy
- Please notify our Studio Coordinator before reserving your treatments if you have any physical ailments, disabilities, allergies, or pregnancy
- All guests scheduled for a service will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, intended for your safety and well-being
- Prior to service, please let us know of any skin condition/s currently being treated for with any of the following: anti-aging, acne, bleaching, antibiotics, corticoids, isotretinoin (Accutane), retinoids (ex. Retin-A, retinol, Renova, etc.)
Tips For Your Visit
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, please do not bring valuables with you
- We ask that you please avoid talking loudly and silence all cell phones to maintain a quiet atmosphere for all guests
- Pets are not allowed on premises, with the exception of registered service animals
- In appreciation of our service, gratuities may be given to staff at your discretion. Gratuities of 20 percent are customary.
- Gratuities cannot be processed on credit cards
- Food is not allowed inside treatment rooms
- Photography, video recording or video streaming inside treatment rooms is not allowed
