Welcome to Zonny’s Skincare Studio, we strive to provide a relaxing experience for all our clients, the following policies are intended to enhance your experience with us.
Reservation Policy
- A credit card is required to reserve all appointments
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to studio treatments
- Services begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest
- We aim to confirm all appointments 48 hours before a scheduled treatment, but you are encouraged to call us should you have any questions/concerns prior to arrival
- Before booking an appointment, please keep in mind that anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent to receive any of our services
Waxing Policy
- Waxing is recommended for every 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, your service price may change.
Membership Policies
- Membership is charged every 6 weeks for 6 treatments.
- A one-time fee of $25 is charged when you sign up.
- Only 1 treatment can be rolled over in case of sickness or emergency as long as the membership is in good standing.
- Active Members may purchase 2 HydraFacial Gift Certificates at the $169 membership price. The gifted service is valid for 1 year after purchase.
- Member hereby authorize your bank, financial institution, or credit card lender to allow payments to be drawn from your provided account by the Company, as evidenced by your agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- All payments due hereunder will be charged to the valid debit or credit card provided by Member, which will be kept on file with the Company. Members are responsible for ensuring that the provided debit or credit card on file remains active and maintains the proper funds/open balance to cover the costs of the monthly Membership fees and for providing an updated payment method if the existing payment method is rendered unable to cover Membership fees for any reason.
- If the credit card on file can not be processed, the account will be inactive. Three attempts will be made to process, by the third attempt if card cannot process, membership will be automatically canceled. Once a membership is canceled it cannot be reinstated. The member must purchase a new membership and the one-time $25 fee will be charged again.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel any Membership at any time for any reason
Tardiness Policy
- We understand that sometimes being late may be inevitable, however, we may see ourselves forced to shorten treatment time and charge full-price session
Cancellation Policy
- In the event that you have to cancel, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for all appointments. Same-day cancellation will result in 50% of the service charged.
- A no-show will result in a 100% of the service charged
Refund Policy
- All service sales and gift certificate sales are final
- Retail items will only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase
Special Conditions Policy
- Please notify our Studio Coordinator before reserving your treatments if you have any physical ailments, disabilities, allergies, or pregnancy
- All guests scheduled for a service will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, intended for your safety and well-being
- Prior to service, please let us know of any skin condition/s currently being treated for any of the following: anti-aging, acne, bleaching, antibiotics, corticoids, isotretinoin (Accutane), retinoids (ex. Retin-A, retinol, Renova, etc.)
Tips For Your Visit
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, please do not bring valuables with you
- We ask that you please avoid talking loudly and silence all cell phones to maintain a quiet atmosphere for all guests
- Pets are not allowed on premises, with the exception of registered service animals
- In appreciation of our service, gratuities may be given to staff at your discretion. Gratuities of 20 percent are customary.
- Gratuities cannot be processed on credit cards
- Food is not allowed inside treatment rooms
- Photography, video recording or video streaming inside treatment rooms is not allowed
